     Professional experiences as Oracle DBA/Data Architect

  • Trivadis: (06/2011 - present) I'm currently working as Senior RAC DBA/Data Architect on different customer projects. 

  • Credit-Suisse: (09/2007 - 05/2011)  I started working on Data Warehouse team where I faced several challenging activities,

     after 15 months I had the opportunity to move in a new group which was created for engineering "Database Grid Computing",

          implementing Oracle Grid Infrastructure, RAC and RAC One Node databases in different platforms based on 11gR1 and  11gR2.


  • H3G: (07/2003 - 08/2007) I have worked at the same time in engineering and operation, acquiring maturity and experience

     about transactional databases (OLTP) active 24/7 with high availability architectures based on RAC and Data Guard.


  • Telecom Italia IT: (02/2003 - 06/2003) I was member of the team the "Great DBs". During this period, I faced several

     issues related to performance, backup/recovery  and management of  Data Warehouse databases in standalone and Oracle

     parallel server configuration.


  • Ugo Bordoni foundation: (12/2002 - 01/2003) I participated to the National Frequency project, having the responsibility 

    to design and implement  the databases for managing the radio frequencies held by Communication Ministry.


  • Private general hospital Umberto I: (09/2002 - 11/2002) After a recovery intervention, the client requested my presence 

    on site for an assessment of all Oracle databases.


  • Commerz Bank: (07/2002 - 08/2002) I supported the developers during the realization of the new call center "Bank On Line" 

     based on SIEBEL.


  • Camuzzi (actually ENEL GAS): (05/2002 - 07/2002) I did review and tuning of the databases used by the CRM 

    application SIEBEL.


  • CONSIP: (04/2002 - 07/2002) I participated to the development and test phase of the Management Control project realized

     using Oracle Application and one in house developed Data Mart.


  • Help Company:(03/2000 - 02/2002): I was in charge to develop and manage the databases in use by the company.


  • Short-term activities: recovery, tuning, new installations and migrations on UNIX and Linux platform at the following
